About the role:
We are seeking a sharp and ambitious entry level team member who is familiar with
online learning tools and softwares, and who possesses strong communication and
detail-oriented skills to build and maintain our online delivery of educational content,
Cardone University. Any previous experience in the delivery of online learning content is
a plus, but we will teach you the tools and software we use. What makes you a good fit
for this role is your ability to learn, multi-tasking and exceptional level of attention to
detail. You will work with our team to deliver only the highest quality products and
services to our clients and end users.
Only candidates in the Miami-Ft Lauderdale area will be considered at this time.
What you get to do every day:
Communicate daily with team members and customers on platform
customization.
Provide a stellar product and service by processing and executing internal
and external user requests.
Manage daily and monthly implementation, configuration and content
management needs utilizing the online platform admin tools, which we will
provide training on.
Participate in feature discussion and implementation alongside other team
members and departments.
Ensure all aspects of delivering client solutions run smoothly (e.g.
deployment and execution, product quality, communication consistency, and
information accuracy).
Manage individual short and long term projects.
What we expect from you:
You love computers and the Internet! As an active member in today’s digital
world, you understand how end users engage in content, desirable features
and their expectations for simplicity.
Mac Computers skills.
Understanding of LMS, Video File Formats, and SCORM files.
Expert with Google Sheets and data tracking/entry.
Strong organizational skills -- you value documentation and pay close
attention to small details.
Strategic thinker who can anticipate and resolve an issue early on.
Knowledge of mobile technology -- its boundaries and unique potential as it
applies to users consuming video content.
You’re technically adept and understand how to optimize processes and
workflows related to software development.
The ability to learn our product quickly and effectively so you know how it
works, how to administer it, how to explain it to others.
Top notch communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects seamlessly.
Best in class customer service skills and excellent computer competency.
Bonus Skills it would be fantastic to have in this role:
Familiarity with web learning applications
Understanding of JSON
Video editing skills
Project management skills
Web development ability
This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in
Aventura, FL
