Position Overview: Join a fast-growing, open-source platform focused on optimizing large language model (LLM) applications. As a Founding Member of Technical Staff, you’ll contribute to building a cutting-edge feedback loop that makes LLMs smarter, faster, and more cost-effective. This role is highly technical and hands-on, with a strong emphasis on back-end systems engineering, particularly in Rust.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver large-scale back-end infrastructure projects from start to finish.

Develop and optimize real-time feedback loops and metric collection systems.

Build systems that integrate prompt optimization, model tuning, and inference strategies.

Collaborate across infrastructure, research, and experimentation teams.

Design and implement advanced experimentation frameworks and observability tools.

Work on-site in NYC with a highly focused, collaborative technical team.

Qualifications:

Proven technical foundation in systems engineering.

Strong background in back-end infrastructure development.

Expertise in Rust (including generics, lifetimes, traits, smart pointers, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to execute large, complex projects.

Desire to grow personally and professionally in a fast-moving, technical environment.

Willingness to work on-site, five days a week, in New York, NY.
