During that time, we have specialized in hospitality, multi-unit, industrial, office, retail, healthcare, and tenant improvements. Because of this growth,were looking to add a new Superintendent

to help maintain and direct future projects, specifically hospitality and multi-family projects in our St. George office. If you would like to thrive in an exciting and ever-changing environment, this could be a great step in your career!

What youll do:

Project Management and Supervision:

Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities, including subcontractor management, safety, inspections, and client/owner relationships.

Supervise all phases of the construction process to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

Resolve conflicts to avoid delays and maintain project timelines.

Ensure all warranty issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Project Closeout and Business Development:

Manage project closeout, including obtaining certificates of occupancy and managing punch lists.

Market the company to owners and architects to secure future opportunities.

What you need to succeed:

Technical Skills:

Reading comprehension of complex documents (instructions, contracts, schedules, etc.)

Understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control

Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Office Suite)

Interpersonal Skills:

Effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Experience Requirements:

Experience in commercial construction, particularly hotels, multifamily, and post-tension parking garages

OSHA 10 certification recommended
