Job Title: Global Marketing Design Specialist

ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Marketing Design Specialist plays a key role in developing and maintaining visually compelling marketing materials that align with the company’s brand identity and business objectives. This position is responsible for creating high-quality digital and print assets that support global marketing campaigns, product launches, sales enablement, and corporate branding initiatives.
This role requires creativity, adaptability, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visuals that resonate with healthcare professionals, distributors, and end-users worldwide.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and Develop Marketing Materials – Create visually compelling digital and print assets, including brochures, sales sheets, presentations, infographics, social media content, web banners, and trade show materials.
• Brand Compliance and Consistency – Ensure all designs align with corporate brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all global marketing channels.
• Product Launch Support – Develop creative assets for global product launches, including promotional materials, packaging design, and internal/external sales support tools.
• Sales Enablement – Design visually engaging content to support sales teams, including PowerPoint presentations, proposal templates, and interactive PDFs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with regional marketing teams, product managers, and sales teams to understand market needs and tailor designs accordingly.
• Regulatory and Compliance Considerations – Adhere to industry regulations and company standards when developing marketing materials for medical devices.
• Digital Asset Management – Assist in organizing and maintaining a global library of marketing assets to ensure accessibility and version control.
• Vendor Coordination – Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and creative agencies, to ensure quality production and timely fulfillment of marketing materials.
• Project Execution and Deadlines – Work under the direction of the Global Marketing Assets Manager to meet project deadlines and deliverables while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Market-Specific Adaptations – Modify and adapt marketing materials for different global regions, considering language translations, cultural preferences, and regulatory requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience and competency with the following products:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Animate
