Were looking for a hands-on, high-energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Youll support the General Manager in leading our team, driving membership growth, and delivering exceptional customer experience. This is not a desk job. This is an in-the-trenches leadership role where you coach, connect, and execute every single day.

Responsibilities:

OPERATIONS

Master the Numbers: Know your KPIs and financials inside and out

Relationship Guru: Be the friendly face everyone loves to see

Keep it Running: Maintain a spotless center and a smooth operation

Delegate Tasks: Make sure your team is on point and you arent burnt out

Flex Your Weekly Schedule: Work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shiftSALES

Drive Membership: Work with the GM to set goals and fill those class spots

Support the Charge: Dial the phones, send the texts, and turn the leads into KidStrong members

Represent: Assist and attend local events that make KidStrong the talk of the townLEADERSHIP

Foster Growth: Assist the GM in keeping the team to be their best selves on and off the blue floor

Recruit & Train: Partner with the GM to, onboard, and develop rockstar coaches

Develop: Use KidStrongs awesome training tools to help continue the professional development of yourself and others

Stay Connected: Communicate clearly via Slack and EmailCOACHING

Be Hands-On: Deliver our awesome curriculum and high-fives in equal measure

Keep your finger on the pulse: Actively coach 3-5 classes a week

Track Progress: Use the KS Coaches App to monitor attendance and achievements

Stay Active: Navigate a physically demanding environment with the energy of a kid on a sugar rush.

Certification: Achieve Coach Certification through KidStrong HQ Training

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old - a passion for working with children is non-negotiable!

Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding a variety of topics.

Previous experience in management is required.

Practical experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.

Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics is a bonus.

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).Competencies:

This position will supervise the Lead Coach, and coaches. When the General Manager is off, the Assistant General Manager will be the Manager on Duty. The Assistant General Manager will lead and mentor their team alongside the General Manager. Communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with center team members and families. This position will also interact with leadership and KidStrong, Inc. HQ team members.
