Posting Name: Electrical Leadman

Schedule: M – T, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM and Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

This position is located at our Bayou La Batre, AL facility.

Join the Birdon team and help ensure USCG boats are safe and reliable!

Our electricians are an integral piece of our work on a daily basis. Some of your daily functions will include:

Assist Electrical Foreman with overseeing craft workers.

Reading drawings/diagrams and estimating cable footage.

Directing organization, banding, and packing of cableways and transits.

Resolving problems using established procedures and best practices.

Creating solutions and procedures while working with various departments.

Understanding of assigned work order/stag requirement and goals.

If you have at least 5 years’ experience as an electrical leadman, possess a High School Diploma or GED and fundamental knowledge in marine electrical systems, we want to talk to you!
