Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Master Electrician to lead our team and help us grow our business. We perform both service and construction work for a variety of residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of electrical construction projects and service work from inception to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules and service schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of electricians.

Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Quality Control:

Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.

Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Implement corrective actions as necessary to address deficiencies.

Promote a culture of safety and high-quality work.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a supervisor or in a similar role.

Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred:

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Experience with developing bids and estimates for new projects.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Relevant certifications and licenses, Journeyman required (Master Electrician is a plus).
