Job Title: Machine Operator

Type of Role: Direct Hire

Shift Schedules:

1st Shift: 6am - 6pm ($20 an hour)

2nd Shift: 6pm - 6am ($21 an hour)

What You’ll Do:

Mix & Measure: Accurately prepare ingredients to meet production standards.

Operate Equipment: Safely run, clean, and maintain machinery.

Ensure Quality: Follow strict food safety and GMP guidelines.

Material Management: Handle bulk ingredients and complete batching documentation.

Collaborate: Work effectively as part of a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For:

Manufacturing experience preferred.

Familiarity basic machinery operations.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both cold and warm environments.

Detail-oriented team player with a commitment to safety and quality.

At least 1 year of experience in machine operation
