Salary Range: $50,000+ based on experience

What will you do?

The Mental Health case manager will offer direct assistance to a diverse range of individuals, fostering trusting relationships while being attuned to their experiences and traumas. This role includes administrative responsibilities such as completing essential paperwork, documentation, and billing processes, as well as offering referrals and coordinating cases for clients seeking a range of services, including mental health, medical, financial, social, educational, vocational, housing, and legal assistance.

Responsibilities are executed in compliance with Rule 79, which includes documentation, functional assessments, crisis plans, releases, and personalized community support plans, all while adhering to established timelines and performance standards.

Regular interaction with clients is expected, occurring at least once a month or as required. Additional responsibilities may include building relationships with county and state officials, family members, employers, and other organizations to improve the support available to clients. Over time, this position will promote personal development and skill enhancement while aiding in the growth of our company's division.

To be considered for this opportunity you will bring your skills and talent, bachelors or masters degree in human services or related areas or qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner. Individuals with a social work degree must have valid and current Social Work licensure. At least one year of professional or internship experience in the mental health field required. Must have and maintain a valid Minnesota Drivers License, maintain automobile coverage and have access to an automobile to attend meetings in the office and community (Case Managers are reimbursed for mileage.)
