Physician - Internal Medicine
Description:
As an Internal Medicine Physician at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of medical conditions affecting adult patients. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized care plans aimed at promoting health, preventing illness, and managing chronic diseases.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including thorough patient histories and physical examinations, to assess health conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, taking into consideration patient preferences and evidence-based guidelines.
Monitor and manage chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions, through ongoing care and assessment.
Collaborate with specialists as needed to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.
Provide health education, counseling, and preventive care services to patients and their families.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Stay abreast of developments in internal medicine through continuous education and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
