RETIREMENT PLAN ADVISOR
$90,000 - $150,000 Base + Commissions
Experience: 3+ years in Retirement Services industry (specifically with Institutional Retirement Plans)
Licensing: FINRA Series 6, 7, 65, or 66 preferred
Professional Designations: AIF, AIFA, CFP, CHRC, CPFA, QPFC, or equivalent
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Institutional Retirement Plan Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Retirement Services industry, with a focus on selling consulting and fiduciary services, as well as expertise in plan governance.
Responsibilities:
Sell consulting and fiduciary services in the retirement space
Provide expert advice on plan governance
Engage in direct (B2B) sales with Retirement Advisors, RIAs, Wirehouses, etc.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives
Build a book of business through networking, collaboration with other business units to follow up on warm leads and driving in new business

Proven track record in B2B sales within the retirement space
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
