**Job Overview**
The Sourcing Lead Supervisor plays a pivotal role in optimizing procurement strategies and driving cost-saving initiatives across the organization. This position is responsible for assessing sourcing opportunities, executing sourcing events, and building long-term supplier partnerships. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal procurement teams to ensure alignment with business goals, compliance with company policies, and maximization of operational value.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Analyze spend data and supplier/category trends to identify sourcing opportunities and improve pricing, service, and technology.
+ Execute sourcing events (RFXs), negotiate cost savings, and manage cost-impacting decisions.
+ Maintain accurate contracts and supplier records to ensure compliance and accessibility.
+ Award contracts in line with company procurement policies and standards.
+ Establish strategic alliances with suppliers to foster long-term, value-driven partnerships.
+ Communicate with stakeholders to align sourcing initiatives with business priorities and timelines.
+ Provide clear reporting on procurement impact and lead resolution meetings with suppliers on critical issues.
+ Identify and implement strategies to reduce supply costs and enhance value to the business.
+ Ensure alignment of country-level procurement and sourcing objectives with overall organizational strategy.
+ Collaborate with regional procurement teams to ensure full implementation of contracts and agreements.
+ Provide sourcing and procurement support across all locations, plants, and operations.
+ Adhere to Safety and Quality Management Systems as per organizational policies.

+ Advanced knowledge of Procurement and Sourcing strategies, including:
+ Procure-to-Pay cycle
+ Strategic sourcing and category management
+ Market and supplier trend analysis
+ Contract and supplier management tools
+ Strong negotiation and analytical skills, including the use of cost models.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (oral and written).
+ Understanding of local and regional market dynamics.
+ Contract drafting skills using company templates.
+ High adaptability, ability to perform under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
+ Collaborative, proactive, and capable of managing changing operational demands.
**Qualifications**
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
+ Experience: 5–10 years of sourcing and procurement experience in the oilfield or energy sector.
+ Certifications (Preferred):
+ Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP)
+ Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
+ Sourcing Certificate
