What Will You Do?
Prepare coffee, tea, cocktails and other drink orders to guests’ specifications while maintaining Solette quality standards.
Follow established Solette service sequence for consistent food & beverage guest experiences.
Handle payment for beverage and food purchases in compliance with Solette and cash handling procedures.
Properly input guest orders through the POS system.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Maintain current and accurate knowledge of the menu offerings and industry trends.
Assist in managing the inventory for beer, wine, liquor, sodas, and other beverage ingredients.
Perform side work as needed. (i.e., keeping area clean, restocking, etc.)
Properly check all guests’ identification to ensure legal age compliance.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Adhere to the Solette beverage requisition and restoking systems
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years experience as a bartender in a fast paced restaurant preferred.
Strong spirits, beer and wine knowledge
High School Diploma or GED

$14-$17/hour + tips
