Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) supports businesses across Australia, enhancing regional communities' financial well-being. This fixed-term role based out of our Wagga Wagga office would provide a seasoned Agri Exec with an excellent opportunity to gain broader exposure and join LinkedIn’s top-ranked employer in Australia. Your passion and expertise in Agribusiness, ideally in mixed farming, will drive success for both you and your clients. Leveraging your experience alongside our comprehensive range of products and solutions, you will provide valuable support and proactive management of agribusiness relationships, addressing clients' needs.
More specifically, you will:
Collaborate closely with agribusiness clients, building strong relationships and deeply understanding their unique needs to retain existing business and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and manage end-to-end new business transactions, fostering strong relationships with internal teams for effective and collaborative work.
Lead strategy and deal execution, including structuring and negotiating financial solutions, while proactively managing risks.
Own and drive the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio, working collaboratively with the Analyst teams to support high quality credit submissions.
We want to hear from you if you have:
A proven track record in engaging with and leading a successful portfolio of agribusiness or commercial banking clients.
Strong commercial acumen and the goal to further develop your financial skills.
A real passion for relationship management and a desire to embed yourself within the regional community, with a particular focus on Agribusiness clients.
A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Agribusiness would be highly regarded.
