What you'll do:
Prepare, receive, and organize resources for events across all locations, including summer programming
Inventory, restock, and organize items returned to the Distribution Center following events
Maintain Resources and Distribution Center Calendar
Attend supply list meetings for all events
Maintain the organization and inventory of Distribution Center Event Resources
Prepare projects for volunteers as needed
Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
Assist with the organization of storage areas
Maintain internal expense system
Skills & Experience you've had:
High School Diploma
2-3 years of office experience
Ability to lead and encourage volunteers
High level of customer service
Working knowledge of inventory and purchasing preferred
