Position Overview

The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking a skilled and motivated Stadium Technology Specialist with a primary focus on IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) and AV event support to join our team. This role is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and management of an already designed and deployed IPTV solution within a stadium environment, as well as assisting with AV setups for live events, ensuring high-quality experiences for fans, staff, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Reports to the A/V Engineer

Manage and support the existing IPTV system, ensuring seamless content distribution across stadium screens and digital signage.

Coordinate with partnerships for scheduling and uploading IPTV and digital signage content.

Assist the stadium food and beverage vendor with point-of-sale concession menus.

Set up, operate, and strike all stadium AV event needs, including concerts, press conferences, and game-day presentations.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on AV and IPTV equipment.

Work with external vendors for support and planning.

Provide technical support and training to internal staff on IPTV and AV operations.

Assist in managing digital content strategies, including live event streaming and sponsorship integration.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices for networked audio and video systems.

Support other stadium technology infrastructures, including AV and broadcast systems as needed.

Qualifications

Two (2) year technical school or college degree in an audio, video, or IT-related field (or equivalent experience).

1-3 years of experience working with AV and IPTV systems in stadiums, arenas, or similar entertainment venues (Candidates with less experience but strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply).

Basic knowledge of audio, video, and network equipment is required.

Strong troubleshooting skills for AV and IPTV systems.

Familiarity with AV distribution systems, content management platforms, and live event technology.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple departments.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required.

Preferred Skillset

Experience with VITEC IPTV System (EZTV, EP5, and VWP).

Familiarity with Samsung and Sunbrite Displays.

Experience with Daktronics and Samsung LED boards.

Knowledge of Ross Video Systems (Acuity, XPression, Tessera, Ultrix, and Kiva).

Understanding of QSC Q-SYS audio systems.

Hands-on experience with A&H D-Live, Shure Microphones, and Dante audio networks.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) is a plus.
