Maintenance and Snowplowing Technician - Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties

Resolve a wide range of work orders and maintenance-related issues

Work closely with a small team of maintenance techs

Provide a high level of service and support to tenants

Qualifications and Skills

0.5+ years of maintenance, handyman, or construction experience

Previous Landscaping and snow plowing experience

Active driver's license and access to a vehicle

Ability to pass comprehensive Background Check

Ability to perform housing-related maintenance tasks
