Restaurant District Manager

Glencoe Management is searching for highly motivated District Managers who are looking for a challenging and rewarding career managing multiple Burger King Restaurants in their “District”.

Qualified individuals will possess the following:

Responsibilities:

Train, coach, lead and motivate their team

Ensure the restaurant is properly marketing the latest national promotions

Provide excellent and frequent communication between upper management and the restaurant management and crew.

Ensure that Restaurant Management is adhering to all company policies and procedures

Work with the Restaurant General Manger to ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of the restaurant

Handle guest relations

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least two years in a supervisory role, with a minimum of one year specific to the quick service food industry

Multi-Unit Manager experience is recommended

Must be ServSafe Certified, and hold a valid, unexpired Health Card

Possess excellent verbal and written skills, including general computer skills

On occasion, you may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
