We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy, lead generation, and digital engagement. What You’ll Do

Own and execute Ericson’s marketing strategy to drive revenue and elevate brand awareness

Manage our digital presence (HubSpot, Google Ads, SEO, website, email campaigns)

Create compelling content across formats: video, blogs, whitepapers, ads, social media, and more

Collaborate with sales to develop promotional programs and lead-gen campaigns

Lead trade show efforts and manage all event logistics and collateral

Oversee marketing materials, press releases, and advertising strategy

Analyze campaign performance and report ROI to leadership

Mentor and manage a small but growing marketing team

Who You Are

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or Business

5+ years of marketing management experience, including 2+ in manufacturing

Hands-on with HubSpot (certification a plus!)

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and content creation

Experience in video editing and website management is a big plus

Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills

Knowledge of the electrical industry is a bonus
