This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Job Details:

$0.65-$0.69 per mile

Load pay: $4 per load

Stop pay: $6 per stop

Drop and hook pay: $8 per event

Additional pay: $100 per day

Trailer move: $16 per move

Detention pay: $4 per hour

Emergency load pay: $100-$200 per load

Miscellaneous hourly work: $16 per hour

Safety training: $20 per hour

Off account: $280-$350 per day

Holiday pay: $160 per day

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $80,000
