Appliance/ Oven Service Technician

Job Description

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team, specializing in the installation, service, and demonstration of pizza ovens. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and customer service skills to ensure our clients can operate their equipment with confidence.

Job Duties

Install pizza ovens at customer locations

Perform regular maintenance and servicing of equipment

Provide comprehensive demonstrations on oven operation

Troubleshoot technical issues over the phone

Travel to customer sites (after 2-month training period)

Document service calls and maintain accurate records

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude

Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Clean driving record (required for travel component)

Excellent communication skills

Problem-solving ability

Physical capacity to install and service equipment

Training & Travel

Initial 2-month training period at our facility

Position becomes travel-based after successful completion of training
