Job Description:
Hamilton West Business Campus, a unique and fast-growing shared office, co-working and event center, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant with strong problem-solving abilities. Our attractive office location offers a great working environment. This position is onsite from 10am - 3pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Manage reception desk at main entrance
Handle phone calls and inquiries
Assist in lease, rental, co-working questions
Ensure client/member satisfaction
Sort through and deliver mail to clients/members
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in administrative experience
Reside within 10 miles of 6081 Hamilton Blvd
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Mail, etc.
Compensation:
$20 per hour, commensurate with experience and ability
Benefit package includes paid PTO
