Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by identifying and recruiting the right candidates for their staffing needs. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.
Provide accurate information and solutions to clients using internal systems and resources.
Assess client needs to recommend suitable candidates and staffing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsiveness.
Handle client concerns or complaints, offering timely solutions and ensuring follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, candidate placements, and account activity.
Follow all communication procedures, policies, and standards while seeking continuous improvement through feedback.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Required).
Proven experience in customer service, client management, or staffing/recruiting environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
