Machinist - Mold/Tool Maker

Job Description

The Mold Maker/ Tool Maker/ Machinist is responsible for mold construction, mold repairs, build/ repair assembly machines and fixtures used in the production of Anderson Power Product molds.

Responsibilities

Construct, alter and repair a wide variety of assembly equipment, mold components, fixtures and gages to very close tolerances.

Fabricate prototypes as required, from models, drawings etc.

Assure quality control standards are met via design standards and models, etc.

Qualifications

Technical degree or certification in tooling (AND) 8 or more years of injection mold fabrication experience (OR) an equivalent combination of skills and experience.

Must be able to take an article drawing or model and design and construct a simple injection mold.

Full-time
