Job Description
SUMMARY
The Office Administrator performs a variety of tasks to support and coordinate the
activities of the President and management team.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those described below.
Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (Essential duties and responsibilities)
1. Answer phone calls.
2. Compiling expense reports.
3. Maintaining filing systems.
4. Make travel arrangements.
5. Planning and scheduling meetings.
6. General administrative work.
8. Handling and redistributing correspondences.
10. Event planning.
11. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
13. Keeping confidential information.
14. Performing bookkeeping tasks / Accounts Receivable.
15. Prepare meeting agendas.
16. Provide clerical support to other departments, as required.
17. Receiving visitors.
18. Managing and recording the supply needs.
19. Order office & general supplies.
OTHER DUTIES
As may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A High School education, or equivalent.
3 years of experience in a related business.
Excellent communications skills in English, verbal and written, is required.
Demonstrate the ability to investigate and resolve problems as needed.
Knowledge of most Microsoft Office applications.
