We Are Hiring! Quick Serve Restaurant Managers – General Manager, Assistant Manager, & Shift Manager

We are actively seeking dynamic, energetic, and dedicated individuals to join our Quick Serve Restaurant team in the following key management roles:

General Manager

Assistant Manager

Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities for All Roles:

General Manager: Lead the overall operations, drive performance, manage financials, oversee staffing, training, and ensure top-notch service.

Assistant Manager: Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, assist with staffing, manage inventory, and resolve customer concerns.

Shift Manager: Supervise shifts, manage crew members, ensure smooth and efficient operations, and maintain high service standards.

Specific Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and controlling inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Support in budgetary control to ensure financial parameters are met and contribute to strategy.

Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for growth and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the Quick Serve Restaurant industry.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints effectively.

A solid understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, inventory control, and staff management.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
