Qualified individuals will possess the following:

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, coach and empower your team

Manage daily tasks, the restaurant’s team, and overall operations

Hire, train and develop the team to ensure a customer centric environment

Ensure the completion of assigned duties for the restaurant, while adhering to all company policies and procedures and safety standards

Complete day to day office tasks including inventory, audits, staffing and completion of paperwork

Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of the restaurant

Handle guest relations

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least one year in a supervisory role, preferably with a minimum of six months specific to the quick service food industry

Must be ServSafe Certified, and hold a valid unexpired Health Card

Possess excellent verbal and written skills including general computer skills

Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and multi-task accordingly

On occasion, you may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
