Property Manager - Class C

At Percy, we're building new ways to help people find career accelerating opportunities at leading Multifamily property management companies. We're currently looking for a talented Property Manager to take over a large property in Upper Arlington, OH.

Responsibilities and Duties

Lead the team to improve property-level metrics like occupancy and delinquency

Own financial reporting, including owner summaries, budgets, NOI, and variance reports

Coach and support team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team

Actively engage in community outreach and promote positive resident relations

Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of experience as a Class C,B, or D property manager

Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and training teams

Experience writing budgets, running variance reports, and managing NOI
