What You’ll Do:
As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs), cables, sub-assemblies, and electronic components with precision and quality. This is a mid-level position with growth potential, ideal for individuals with soldering and electronic assembly experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble surface-mount and through-hole components to IPC standards
Use a variety of soldering tools, including microscope-assisted soldering
Follow detailed assembly drawings, procedures, and bills of materials
Remove and replace SMT and through-hole components as needed
Assemble PCBAs into sub-assemblies and complete systems
Adhere to ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols
Maintain proper material handling procedures
Assist in shipping, receiving, prototype builds, and process documentation as needed
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of soldering experience (2+ preferred)
Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and work procedures
Strong electronic component identification skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
Advanced soldering certifications or equivalent experience
Ham Radio License (a plus!)
