What will you be doing?
Performs manual labor along a production line. Operates and troubleshoots production line machinery and computers. May perform minor repairs, as necessary.
Some of your day-to-day tasks?
Wire, assemble, and install electrical and electronic components according to drawings
Perform tests on finished products before packaging
Complete device history records and daily production logs
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Complete other tasks as necessary
Perform equipment change-overs.
Responsible for quality control. Adjust as necessary to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
Count finished product to ensure PO is complete.
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production line machinery.
Clean and maintain work area (5S).
Turn off equipment when not in use.
Other duties as assigned.
What do you need to be able to do?
A high school diploma or GED certificate
Soldering experience
Wiring experience a plus
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow directions
Manual dexterity
Basic knowledge of electrical theory (AC/DC)
Electrical and mechanical diagnostic and assembly abilities
Proficient in computer operation
