SQL BI Developer

We are looking for a SQL Server BI Developer to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. SQL Server BI Developer: designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, crafting and executing queries upon request for data, as well as presenting information through reports and visualization

Responsibilities:

Translate business needs to technical specifications

Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)

Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes)

Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting

Evaluate and improve existing BI systems

Collaborate with teams to integrate systems

Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses

Create visualizations and reports for requested projects

Develop and update technical documentation

Requirements

9-10 years of Proven experience as a BI Developer with data warehouse development and design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining

Microsoft Power BI Suite including SSAS, SSIS and SSRS / deploying and supporting production environment

1+ years of Azure Service Fabrics experience

In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework

8 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI Suite including Power

Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
