Job Description

As an Account Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, and solving emerging issues through phone, email and chat.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

Recognizing customer needs.

As the first point of contact for the customer, you will need to recognize customer needs, respond to various incoming requests and solve customer’s issues.

Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.

Handles customer inquiries (telephone, chat, and email ) and provides accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools you are trained on.

Resolve product or service problems by identifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; and expediting correction or adjustment.

Follow up and adhere to the weekly schedule that comes from the WF; arrange and align with the team leaders regarding any kind of changes required.

Ensure individual key metrics and KPIs meet targeted performance levels.

Participate in individual & team training/meetings to continuously update /upgrade knowledge.

Flag issues that require escalation and share the vision regarding any solutions that might enhance the customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

Targeted Qualifications

Fluency in Hebrew & Arabic Language, B2/C1 level or Higher.

Fluency in English Language, B2/C1 level or Higher.

Full eligibility to live & work in Poland is a must.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Previous experience in Customer service is a plus.

Personnel culture and a positive attitude.

Attention to details and problem-solving.

Skills for efficient navigation of the internet.

Ability to work within a group as a collaborative team player.

Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
