Job Description
The Marketing Content Specialist will support the Recruitment Marketing Team to execute on copy and design needs across our various Hueman Divisions. This role will report into the Director of Recruitment Marketing but will provide support on projects across the Recruitment Marketing team.
In this role, you will support marketing campaigns and projects based on strategies from marketing and business leaders and independently execute and manage those efforts to ensure success. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include: content strategy, copy writing, and design work (email campaigns, social media content, print and digital content) for account teams in compliance with client brand standards.
Marketing Specialist Responsibilities Include:
Support recruitment marketing campaigns and projects across clients in partnership with recruitment marketing leadership and recruitment account managers.
Support employer branding campaigns and initiatives across clients in partnership with Hueman’s employment brand and talent marketing team.
Draft and design dynamic and engaging marketing collateral in compliance with client brand guidelines and according to project timelines.
Build and manage client-specific content templates that may be utilized by other recruitment marketing or account team members to ensure efficient and brand-appropriate content delivery.
Communicate with recruitment marketing team members related to project timelines, design barriers, and branding barriers to problem-solve content issues as they arise.
Project manage tasks using Hueman’s project management system, adjust priority based on direction from recruitment marketing team members.
Manage all content tracking to capture and report on impact and KPIs.
Stay up to date on relevant content trends. Marketing Specialist Skills & Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in B2B or B2C marketing, either at an agency or in-house
Experience with design software such as Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Strong understanding of and experience executing on content strategy
Experience supporting brand and conversion campaign execution projects
Experience with digital advertising campaigns (Google AdWords, social media ads) a plus
