TruckPro is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our Store Support Center (SSC) team. This role is responsible for performing invoice processing tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Accounts Payable Associate Responsibilities Include:
Process a high volume of invoices daily (100+ per day) accurately and efficiently.
Perform 3-way match of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper payment and compliance.
Research and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoice processing in a timely manner.
Code Accounts Payable transactions.
Set up new vendors in the ERP system.
Assist with the processing of vendor payments (checks, EFTs, etc.) and preparing payments for delivery (mail or electronic distribution).
Generate vendor statement reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
Communicate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues.
Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices to meet payment deadlines.
Assist with month-end close processes and the preparation of accounts payable reports.
Maintain organized records and documentation for audit support.
Perform other tasks related to the company’s financial activities as assigned.
Successful Accounts Payable Associate Candidates Will Have:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
Proven success in processing a high volume of invoices (100+ per day)
Ability to efficiently navigate multiple computer systems to locate and manage data
Proficiency with accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Experience with the 3-way match process (purchase order, receipt, invoice)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
