We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Workplace Technology Strategy and Architecture to spearhead the transformation of our enterprise technology landscape. This senior leadership role involves defining, leading, and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the workplace experience across a diverse user population and multiple offices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise environments, with a proven track record in leading large-scale technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive strategic roadmap for workplace technology, aligning with organizational goals and driving digital transformation.
- Lead the design and deployment of integrated technology solutions that facilitate hybrid and remote work, leveraging Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and advanced endpoint management systems.
- Strategically evaluate, select, and integrate end-user technology platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office 365, to optimize productivity and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with executive leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for technology initiatives.
- Direct the integration and management of cloud technologies, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, ensuring robust security, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Champion innovation by staying informed of emerging workplace technology trends, and drive their adoption to enhance user experience and competitive advantage.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in workplace technology strategy and architecture, with significant experience in senior leadership roles within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-user technology platforms, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technology transformations and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
