We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative III to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Maintain accurate logs and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Assist in training and supervising entry-level team members to ensure adherence to company standards.

• Monitor and implement corrective actions to improve processes and achieve operational goals.

• Support clerical functions, including documentation and data entry, to maintain organized workflows.

• Collaborate with leadership to manage talent and drive team performance.

• Follow established operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.

• Handle credit approvals and international travel arrangements when necessary.• Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably at a supervisory level.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with office functions and clerical duties, including maintaining logs and records.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance practices.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in training or supervising staff.

• Ability to implement corrective actions and follow standard operating procedures.

• Comfortable with handling credit approvals and international travel arrangements.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
