We're looking for a Product Manager who’s passionate about turning insights into impactful solutions. In this role, you'll uncover customer needs and align them with business goals to shape successful products and features. You’ll dive deep into market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and translate findings into strategy. Working closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams, you’ll drive collaboration and lead the product development process from concept to launch and beyond.

Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the engine behind our product lifecycle—building, refining, and optimizing processes from idea through to launch and beyond.
Own the Commercialization process, driving innovation and continuous improvement to bring products to market more efficiently and effectively.
Translate big-picture product strategy into detailed requirements, guiding engineering through prototyping and development with clarity and purpose.
Develop compelling product strategy documents including business cases, technical requirements, and high-level use cases.
Use market data and consumer insights to influence go-to-market strategy, sales direction, and long-term product vision.
Lead cross-functional teams through every stage of product creation—from ideation to in-market success.
Collaborate with marketing and design to shape packaging, messaging, and storytelling that grabs attention and converts.
Develop differentiated value propositions and positioning that help us stand out in the marketplace.
Play a key role in launch planning, execution, and post-launch optimization—educating both internal teams and external customers.
Be the go-to expert (SME) for your product categories, guiding video content, influencer campaigns, and more.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven ability to rally cross-functional teams and keep momentum strong from start to finish.
Top-tier communication skills—whether you’re writing product copy, leading meetings, or pitching ideas.
Detail-obsessed with a sharp eye for accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment.
Fluent in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with a knack for creating clean, compelling presentations.
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you’ve got insight into retail and e-commerce buying behaviors.
Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus!
Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is a huge plus)—but relevant experience counts too.
3+ years in a product management role, ideally launching products in a retail or omni-channel environment.
Track record of full lifecycle ownership—from ideation and strategy to launch and post-launch refinement.
Experience developing product marketing strategies that resonate across audiences.
Bonus if you’ve worked in power tools, hardware, or similar consumer-focused industries.
