Job Title: CNC Programmer
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to manufacture various parts for the aerospace and defense industry. You will work with a range of materials, primarily titanium and stainless steel, with a focus on precision and quality.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines, specifically Haas, 5-axis Okumas, and other client machines.
Work with materials such as titanium, stainless steel, and occasionally exotic materials.
Ensure parts are manufactured to precise tolerances of +- 1000.
Interpret and utilize blueprints to guide manufacturing processes.
Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality of manufactured parts.
Program CNC machines using Mastercam software.
Perform first article inspection.Essential Skills
Proficiency in CNC machining and setup.
Experience with precision measuring tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with CNC mill operations and programming.
Proficiency in Mastercam software.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.

Work Environment
The work environment offers two shifts: 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, and 2nd shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Candidates should be comfortable working with challenging materials and available for occasional Friday and Saturday shifts. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
