Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing automated marketing campaigns, enhancing landing pages, and developing custom reporting dashboards. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated marketing campaigns using journey mapping principles and HubSpot's marketing automation tools.

• Create and optimize landing pages and forms to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.

• Develop and maintain standard reporting dashboards, as well as customize reports to meet unique business needs.

• Build personalized newsletters by utilizing data-driven insights to enhance audience targeting and engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMS, APIs, and other development tasks.

• Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and project management within an Agile Scrum environment.

• Apply expertise in client-side scripting, backend development, and API development to deliver robust solutions.

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and user experience.• Proficiency in HubSpot's marketing and development tools, including campaign automation and reporting.

• Experience with creating and optimizing landing pages, forms, and personalized newsletters.

• Strong knowledge of tools such as Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and project collaboration.

• Familiarity with backend development, client-side scripting, and API integration.

• Competence in working with content management systems (CMS) and troubleshooting related issues.

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data analysis to drive improvements.

• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in development projects.

• Knowledge of programming technologies such as Ajax, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
