Job Description:We are seeking experienced MIG welders to join our team. As a MIG welder here, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to meet our high standards of quality and precision. This role offers multiple shifts to accommodate your schedule and provides unlimited room for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a MIG/TIG welder.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

Strong attention to detail and precision in welding.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
