Job Description

We are working with a family office investment firm located in Miami Beach that is searching for a Controller. This role is onsite, Mon-Fri. They currently have an accountant that handles the day-to-day accounting that would report into this role. As the Controller you will be focused on CAM reconciliations, assist with the implementation of Yardi and work on cost projections for their residential and commercial properties. This position will pay up to $130k. 100% medical benefits for employee is covered.
