Dates: July 14 - 18th, August 4 - 8th

Need clinic and call coverage

Call 1:4 - actual needs vary - weekday and weekend rotation

Beeper call only (20 minute response time)

Trauma level 4

Mac, General, electives, intubation, IV placement, CRNA supervision, OB/Epidurals

Drager anesthesia machines, Omnicell medication dispensing system and Cerner EMR

CRNAs and Anesthesia Techs to support staffing

Outpatient/inpatient

BC, BE

ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required (AHA required)

Will wait for license

60 day credentialing
