JOB SUMMARY

Business Manager is a business professional who can complete administrative tasks along with understanding of achievable metrics and project management. They are responsible for ensuring efficiency, profitability, and strategic growth. Duties include managing budgets, setting goals, developing business strategies, and improving overall performance. One will coordinate between different departments, analyze financial data, and create detailed reports. Responsible for assisting with inventory control analytics while demonstrating excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Type: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field- required

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business management, operations, or finance but not limited to experience in healthcare related field setting- required

Saint Francis Healthcare System is committed to a compensation philosophy that aligns to the fiftieth percentile of the marketplace, while also crediting applicable and/or relevant work experience when computing compensation offers for selected candidates. Internal equity is factored into all offers presented to candidates.

Minimum annual rate: $81,039/year
