Job description
The role of the Partnership Support Specialist_Graduation will provide subject matter expertise regarding developing national strategies for the transition/graduation of churches. This role will be responsible for working with churches that are ending their partnership with Compassion to give the high potential for a successful Graduation. According to Compassion’s Global Graduation Strategy FCP (Frontline Church Partners) transitions are planned and FCPs participates in a mutually agreed upon process to develop the capability of the church so they can transition from Compassion support to a sustainable ministry for children and youth. This position will reflect a deep commitment to serving, respecting, and empowering the church based on the principles outlined in Compassion's ministry philosophies.
Responsibilities
The
Partnership Support Specialist_Graduation will champion the integration of Compassion’s Sustainability Principles through the whole partnership.
He/She will work in collaboration with each Partnership Facilitator to ensure that each partner is thoroughly prepared for graduation and possesses the necessary skills, resources, and support to thrive independently
He/She will champion national office local sponsorship strategy designing and implementation
He /she will co-work with Partnership Preparation Specialist to ensure that each lead partnering with Compassion has built a sustainability plan that will be updated and implemented throughout partnership journey.
He /she will coordinate with relevant global teams, including Partnership Support, Global Program Support, MERL, and relevant GPA/GPE teams to enable:Visibility into graduation plans and progress Correct timing of NPR ramp down and participant exit Agree upon church communication and deliverables to supporters through the end of the graduation process Other graduation specialist-related content/elements as assigned by their manager.
He/She will work with Partnership Facilitators to develop church capacity throughout partnership (based on Mirror Tool and others relevant tools), and to guide churches to gauge their own readiness for graduation. He/she will provide targeted training and support to church partners, utilizing Qavah for graduation in areas such as financial management, income generating, ownership, Local resources mobilization and organizational development.
He /she will play a pivotal role in guiding processes that empower the church to transition away from reliance on Compassion. Through strategic support and resource development, this position will help cultivate the church's ability to stand independently.
This position will support each partner in creating a personalized graduation plan that outlines specific objectives and milestones.
He /she
will implement a robust monitoring and evaluation system to track progress and adjust strategies as needed in collaboration with the PFs and M&E team. His/her expertise will be put in contribution in the assessment of outcomes attainment in line with partnership agreement renewal.
He/she will assist partners in identifying potential funding sources and securing financial and in-kind support.
This role will foster collaboration between church partners, community leaders, and program Participants as key stakeholders for program sustainability
He/she in coordination with the Partnership Facilitator, will ensure appropriate Communication with the Church partners about NPR Management and all the required milestones related to graduation process;

Education
A bachelor’s degree in related flied.
Experience
At least three years relevant experience working in this or a related field.
Licenses and Certifications
Certification from a nationally or internationally recognized organization in a related field.

Fluent in French and English ( Oral and written)
