We are currently seeking more than five Juniors in our Audit, Assurance department to support our office in Sarajevo and help our clients meet their requirements by accurately reporting on financial statements, providing meaningful insights into accounting and reporting matters. What You'll Do:
As a Junior Auditor, you will play a crucial role in our audit team, assisting in the evaluation of financial statements and internal controls. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with experienced auditors to conduct audits for diverse clients across various industries.
Analyzing financial data and identifying trends to provide actionable insights.
Engaging in continuous learning and professional development through training sessions and workshops.
Utilizing technology and tools to gain an understanding of business environment and assess related risks.
To qualify for the role you must have:
Strong academic record including a degree in Economics or related field
Substantial MS office knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language and English
Results-oriented approach with keen attention to high quality, details and accuracy
Self-motivation and desire to exceed expectations
Eligibility to travel in accordance with client and other job requirements both locally and internationally
A genuine passion for protecting the financial markets via audit procedures auditing, and the resilience to prioritize and adapt in a demanding, fast-moving, constantly changing environment
