Title: Implementation Analyst
Grade: 11
Location: Banja Luka
Position Summary
Implementation analyst will lead key payments initiatives that support new customer, new program and new product launch efforts, both from a technical and project perspective. Responsible for all areas of success, including customer-facing and internal cross functional alignment.
High Level Key Areas of Responsibility:
Customer-Focused System Configuration & Implementation - Lead end-to-end Payments system setup, configuration, and customization to align NCR products with customer-specific business and operational requirements for customer labs and deployment.
Business Process Analysis & Solution Design - Analyze customer business needs, workflows, and processes to recommend optimized configurations, enhancements, and best practices that drive operational efficiency.
Project & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering) and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and manage customer expectations throughout implementation and conversion projects.
Data Mapping, Testing & Validation - Create data maps and transaction workflows; conduct rigorous testing and validation of customized software to ensure data integrity and successful conversions.
Customer Training & Support - Deliver training programs (including train-the-trainer sessions) to internal and external customers, ensuring system adoption and process alignment post-implementation.
Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support - Provide remote support during go-live, troubleshoot issues, and lead post-go-live monitoring, including error resolution and process adjustments.
Documentation & Readiness Reviews - Document operational procedures, system configurations, and customer requirements; coordinate readiness reviews to confirm customer preparedness for go-live.
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization - Identify, document, and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of implementation, conversion practices and Customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience senior level payments gateway or processing support and/or technical project management
Understanding of the operational practices for both site and accounting usage of NCR POS solutions
eCommerce, IT, Restaurant and Retail technical Background
Experience managing small to medium sized projects and/or implementations
Experience with MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Detailed understanding of the NCR Payments Solutions Set and integrations
Subject matter expertise in either NCR Payments Gateway or Processing
Experience leading projects and meeting with key customers at the IT Director and above
Excellent communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate and present across multiple business functions
Background in Payments or Financial Services
