• Key Responsibilities of a Mining Administrator: Record Keeping and Document Management:Maintain accurate records of personnel, equipment, and production data.
Manage the filing and archiving of production-related documents.
• Data Entry and Reporting:Input data into systems like SAP, generate reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for mining operations.
• Scheduling and Coordination:Coordinate schedules for mining personnel, equipment maintenance, and other operational tasks.
Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
• Procurement and Supply Chain Support:May be involved in placing orders for supplies, safety equipment, and other materials needed for mining operations.
Assist with managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery.
• Payroll and Financial Support:Assist with payroll processing, data entry for financial transactions, and preparing invoices for customers or contractors.
• Compliance and Regulations:Ensure adherence to relevant mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
