Title: Regional Operations Manager Immediate Supervisor: Regional Director, Owner Position: Exempt Non-Exempt General Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations for a regional level, high value or high volume business above and beyond the standard Operations Manager scop of responsibility.
Principal duties and Responsibilities: Supervise all aspects of business from supplies to staff and production.
Confirm quality of work being done and quantity done at the end of each day.
Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standards and metrics of crews.
Maintain contract and/or performance schedule.
Oversee day-to-day performance of staff.
Responsible for all administrative functions necessary to document work including but not limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
Ensure safety practices and procedures and human resource policies and procedures are being followed at all times.
Work with HR to recruit and onboard staff.
Work with ownership to recruit and upsell existing customers and business volume.
Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.
Position Requirements: High School Diploma Have the ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activities Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed 5-10 years previous experience as an Operations Manager or higher 10 plus years in Project Management Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to manage multiple locations (This is not a complete listing of all duties and responsibilities.
