Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance * Automation Summary of essential job functions and minimum requirements: Maintenance, Repairs, and PMs of production equipment.Injection molding machines No Plastics, not a deal breaker Material handling system Tower & chiller system (desired) All auxiliary equipment (robots, conveyers, thermolators, welders, hot stampers, grinders, etc.) Implemented and performed recordkeeping for all PMs.

Work with production on any needs or concerns with production equipment Look for opportunities for improvement through upgrades or replacements Responsible for new equipment installation and start-up.Injection molding machines Robots New auxiliary equipment.

Plant SafetyResponsible for maintaining the Safety program Responsible for implementing and following OSHA rules and regulations.

\Education and ExperienceMinimum of a high school diploma 5 years maintenance experience (preferably on injection molding machines) Not a deal breaker
