Supervises warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.

Ensures warehouse practices and protocols are being followed to achieve an efficient productive warehouse floor.

Essential Functions Oversees the daily workflow for the day of shipping/receiving Schedules and assigns workload for shipping docks Coordinates the movement of products throughout the warehouse Implements daily production and receiving plan Ensures product handling meets customer expectations Coordinates Staffing for warehouse Keep a close eye on Labor production Meet SOP requirements Required Skills A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Warehouse Supervisory role Strong supervisory and leadership skills Good Interpersonal and customer service skills Good Time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
